Welcome to edu.wimedia.biz.id (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 13, you may not use the Site. Parents or guardians of users aged 13–17 must supervise their use and consent to these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of WiMedia Education or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with Site functionality or security; (c) upload malicious code or spam; (d) impersonate others; or (e) violate third-party rights. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
5. Course Enrollment and Fees
Course fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a course-specific policy. All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. You acknowledge that course access is granted for a limited duration, as stated in the course description, and may not be extended without renewal.
6. Limitation of Liability
WiMedia Education provides the Site and its content “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall WiMedia Education, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
8. Changes to Terms
